Join this edWebinar to explore various ways that will keep your students engaged, on task, and feeling less isolated by introducing cross-disciplinary online coding projects. Whether you are teaching ELA, physics, math, or social studies, computer science and coding can be integrated into your classroom or taught remotely. Discover how computational thinking helps students connect subject matter knowledge with real-world applications by training AI, creating web pages, coding games, using interactive graphs and developing simulators.
No coding experience is required for this session. Classroom activities, student examples, lesson plans, and other classroom materials and resources will be shared during the session. This edWebinar is recommended for administrators and teachers of grades 6-12. There will be time for questions at the end of the presentation.
